Lofi Girl's beloved Morning Coffee returns as a Special Liquid Edition. One disc is coffee-brown vinyl; the other seals in a coffee-colored liquid that flows with the platter's spin for a near-hypnotic visual. Twenty-two remastered tracks, 54 minutes of calm made for the morning cup.
Nearly 20 years on, Sigur Rós's legendary orchestral collaboration finally gets an official release. Premiered in 2002 at London's Barbican with Icelandic musicians Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson, Steindór Andersen and María Huld Markan Sigfúsdóttir, it draws on a 14th–15th-century poem of an apocalyptic omen at a feast of the gods — performed on a purpose-built stone marimba, classical depth fused with post-rock force.
