A new work from Fuyu ni Wakarete — the trio of Sahho Terao, Ko Iga and Reisaburo Adachi — and one of the shop's favourite records of the year. Terao's distinctive voice weaves through gentle chamber arrangements: quiet music that lingers long after it ends.

Alone
Jazz piano legend Bill Evans' first truly solo, single-piano album. Recorded at New York's Webster Hall in October 1968, released April 1970 and awarded a Grammy — no overdubs, just Evans in his most naked conversation with the instrument. This white-vinyl reissue adds two bonus tracks, 'The Two Lonely People' and 'All The Things You Are.'
Sanctuary
The 2019 album from Reykjavik instrumental hip-hop producer Mt. Fujitive, whose first pressing once fetched $200. His lo-fi hip-hop pares beats to the minimum — delicate and soft, touched by Japanese wabi-sabi, with sampled melodies close to Nujabes. Reissued here on limited pink-marble vinyl.
Terminator Zero (Original Series Soundtrack)
Terminator x Tokyo x cyberpunk. The Netflix anime Terminator Zero spans 1997 Tokyo and a near-future 2022, scored by Michelle Birsky and Kevin Henthorn. Limited gunmetal-grey vinyl.
Ummon
French psychedelic space-rock brothers Slift's 2020 album Ummon — released just as the pandemic killed off any tour, yet it spread worldwide regardless. Brain-splitting fuzz punches out toward vast, winding space, hauling krautrock, space rock, psych and stoner up into the galaxy. THT-exclusive; double vinyl restocked this month.
For Brownswood's 20th anniversary, Gilles Peterson's label reissues this 2017 classic. Long before London's new jazz wave broke, Zara McFarlane was fusing jazz and soul with Jamaican and Caribbean rhythms. The personnel reads like a UK jazz all-star team: produced by Moses Boyd, with Shabaka Hutchings and Binker Golding aboard. Gold vinyl, limited to 500 worldwide.
